Bought 5 games. They were wrapped in a single piece of plastic Saran Wrap (NOT bubble wrap) with a piece of scotch tape. Shipped inside a flimsy package. One of the games broke while shipping, as they were not properly packaged. I messaged the seller to see if they were aware and tell them that is not a proper way to ship expensive/fragile items. They immediately blamed the carrier for mishandling and did not care. They did not want to take responsibility. Won’t buy from them again

Unfortuantely none of this is true. The items were well packaged (and you can check hundreds of positive feedback to confirm) but the buyer reached out to message that the items were damaged upon arrival with an immediate threat of negative feedback which is unappreciated as I do my best to always help out. I apologized that USPS damaged the items and offered a full return+refund. They decided to ignore the resolution and just leave negative feedback hoping I will refund without returning at all
